With Adolfo Perret, Executive Chef and Co-owner of Peru’s popular Punta Sal Restaurants, at the helm, this week-long festival will showcase the very best in Peruvian cuisine. The event will feature a varied range of delicious lunch and amazing dinner menus for guests to choose from, sample and savour.

Peru is experiencing an outstanding food revolution and is increasingly appearing on the international tourist map as a must-see epicurean destination. Two top Peruvian restaurants, Astrid & Gaston and Virgilio Martinez’s Central recently appeared in the prestigious World’s 50 Best Restaurants list for 2013.

Lima, Peru’s capital will play host to the inaugural Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants awards taking place in September this year.

The Peruvian Gastronomic Festival is an exciting opportunity to celebrate one of the most fascinating countries of Latin America, Peru, and its internationally recognised unique cuisine.
